New/Recent location for this chain. Today was 1st time to eat there. Did so because my son wanted to. Was impressed with quality of burger, staff, & speed of service. They also sell buckets of beer which I was not expecting. Nice surprise! Had a healthy crowd for lunch so obviously it is well liked in the community. Recommended if you're feeling the need for a burger. They also offer chicken, salads & 'dogs.

Great service. Excellent burgers and shakes. My father-in-law is allergic to gluten so they did a bun-less burger which was served very stylishly on a triangular plate. Good food, good experience.

I almost jerked my steering wheel off when I saw that a Smashburger opened in Bossier. The staff is training, but the food is excellent. I enjoyed the 1/4 pound Classic with Smashfries (cooked with rosemary oil). The fried pickles topped it all off. Welcome to Airline Highway (watch out for loose steering wheels).

These hamburgers are awesome! I love the bun choices (I normally Get the egg one). I now ALWAYS add chili on my burger....their chili is to die for. You can share an order of fries between 2 or 3 people. They have wonderful malts. I haven't tried their hot dogs or chicken yet! They are always friendly and attentive here.

Probably my favorite chain burger in town. My wife and I always get the mushroom and arugula chicken sandwich, yum! The fries are awesome too, my daughter enjoys them very much. Pricey compared to the King, the clown, and the colonel, but not for the quality.

One star is being generous. Took 45 minutes for a burnt, dry burger, and under-cooked, over olive oiled fries. Disgusting. Also I watched as just about every customer eating in went up to the counter and told the girl at the register that they were still waiting for their shake or some other part of their order. Btw I normally love smashburger. Wouldn't touch this one with a ten foot pole.

Not my first SmashBurger, but delicious as always! One thing I liked about this place, however, was that the people here were awesome and nice! We (5 people) had all forgot to order eggs for our burgers, and after we already paid for it, we told them, and they gave it to us as a complementary! Not everyday a chain restaurant would do that for you. If I am ever in town again, I will definitely eat here again.

Kinda like Panera Bread opened a burger joint, flavorless burgers. The fries were too thin. Like I was eating those potato straws that you get at the store that taste like chips, but shaped like fries, thats what these were. Too "artisanal" for my taste. I want an old fashioned greasy burger!

We stopped in on a trip through town. We ordered two burgers and a shake. The salted caramel shake is to die for. The burgers were good as well and we got fries and the portion was huge. Excellent food.

Awesome burger! This was my first time going to a Smashburger and their sign outside of their restaurant reminded me of the Gamestop logo because of the color theme. I came in for a late lunch so there was only 1 or 2 others here. I ordered the Big Mushroom Swiss Burger ($6.99), French Fries ($1.99) and a fountain drink ($1.79). The girl who took my order was pretty nice and helpful. I waited a few minutes before my food came out. My Big Mushroom Swiss Burger tasted awesome! I'm pretty sure I would be clogging my arteries but it never tasted so good! lol It could have been the fact that I was on a couple long flights and was super hungry but it was pretty good! The French Fries were good as well. This place was pretty clean from what I saw and I'd recommend coming here if you're in the mood for some awesome burgers.
